  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, we are licensed Real Estate Agents. We all also hold an additional designation called CRPM Certified Residential Property Manager. We are the only Brokerage with all licensees having the CRPM designation
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, our clients are provided the direct contact numbers of their property manager, the Broker, and the Accountant, if needed.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, via ACH
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Yes, our clients receive a copy once the tenant and Broker have signed the lease, and the tenant has provided the required move-in funds. As the property owner, you are also required to initial a section of the lease, which is prompted when you receive your copy.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    All of our agents have active Real Estate licenses; however, we do not aggressively solicit the sale of real estate. We do have a vast referral network and can pair any of our clients with sales agents that will be of the best assistance to them.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    Our management agreements state all proceeds in excess of the reserve are sent by the 10th of the month; however, we process money received weekly in an effort to get it to our clients quickly.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Electronically, via personal check, money order, cashier’s check
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    One year
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Per the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act we are able to charge a maximum of one and one half times the monthly rent as a refundable security deposit.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single Family, Multi Family, Apartments, Condos, Storage Units and Winter Visitor Rentals
