Nicolle began her real estate career as an administrative assistant at McCulloch Realty in February 1999 after moving to Lake Havasu City from Southern Idaho with her husband and their small children. That same year, she also became an Arizona Licensed Realtor.

In November 2006 Nicolle earned her Brokers license and in April 2007 opened NSP Property Management, LLC out of a remodeled home office space. Nicolle grew her Real Estate business organically on a basis of trust, excellent service, and extensive knowledge gained through innumerable classes. As clientele and services expanded, she and her team moved to their current location in the heart of Lake Havasu. Nicolle has obtained the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) certification and a Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM) designation. She is an active member in her local property management community as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

While running NSP Property Management, LLC, in 2016 Nicolle began her service with the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors Board of Directors. She served in various positions starting as a Director, then subsequently was elected to the position of Treasurer in 2017. She continued the consecutive years as Vice President, President Elect and the 2020 President of the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors.

Nicolle and her husband, Ron, have been married for over 25 years and have three children. They enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors, especially in the mountains.

Danielle Stuhlberg REALTOR/Property Manager, CRPM

Danielle has grown up in the world of property management. With her mother, Nicolle, as the owner of NSP, she recalls helping collect rent checks, putting up signs, and spending time in the office as a youth. Danielle obtained her Real Estate license a few months after graduating high school, and became an official member of the NSP team. Newly licensed, it didn’t take her long to immerse herself in the industry. She attended every property management class she could find, some requiring several hours of travel across the state. Within a year of becoming licensed, Danielle received her CRPM designation which is a certification that involves 20+ hours of continuing education, in addition to the 24-hours of continuing education that are required to maintain an Arizona Real Estate license. As she looks forward, she is excited about growing the business and continuing her mother’s legacy. When not in the office, Danielle values time spent with her family and outdoors with her dog, Norah.

Taylor has lived in Lake Havasu for nine years. Originally a hairdresser by trade, she decided upon a career change in hopes for stability and a fresh industry viewpoint. After applying to NSP in 2017, she was hired and began with little knowledge of Property Management. Diving head first, she has grown a passion for the company and industry in its entire. When not managing Lake Havasu rentals and helping with administration, she is at home tending to her newborn and learning the ropes of motherhood while making time for friends and family.
